Terms & Conditions
Effective September 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of nuvilfrieght.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Separate written agreements govern any dispatch services provided by Nuvil Freight.
Website purpose
The website provides general information about independent truck dispatch and back-office support. Submitting an inquiry does not create a dispatcher-client relationship or obligate either party to begin services.
No guaranteed results
Freight availability, rates, revenue, routes, broker approval, detention payment, and operating results depend on market conditions and third parties. Website statements are not guarantees of loads, earnings, or business results.
Carrier responsibility
Carriers remain responsible for operating authority, insurance, safety compliance, equipment, drivers, taxes, contracts, and the final approval of every load. Nuvil Freight does not act as a motor carrier, freight broker, shipper, insurer, factoring company, or legal adviser through this website.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting a form or communicating with us. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or interfere with its operation.
Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Nuvil Freight is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party websites and services.
Intellectual property
The Nuvil Freight name, branding, website design, text, and original materials may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nuvil Freight disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use.
Service agreements
If you become a client, the signed dispatch service agreement will control service scope, fees, responsibilities, termination, dispute terms, and governing law. If these website terms conflict with that agreement, the signed agreement controls for the services covered by it.
Changes
We may update these terms when the website or business practices change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
